Ladera Catering offers quality food, beverage and service for dine-in, takeout, delivery, and events.




What is your specialty?


Ladera Catering offers a wide array of international food choices, specializing in modern Filipino comfort food. Its stellar bulalo steak and unique pizza combinations made a mark among its members. We also cater to La Esquina, a specialty restaurant offering traditional Spanish cuisine. Paella Cristina and the Iberian Chicken remain the top favorites after all these years.




What types of events do you cater to?


We cater to all types of events - weddings, birthdays, debuts, corporate, private gatherings, among other celebrations.




What are your business hours?


Ladera Restaurant is open from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM everyday except on Tuesdays.




How do I make a booking?


To make a reservation, you may contact us directly at info@laderacatering.com or through our website at www.laderacatering.com. For private gatherings reserved for a party of 10, kindly book at least one (1) week in advance.




Do you have promos or discounts?


Ladera offers promo discounts and food deals for our customers to enjoy. Kindly check with our customer representative at info@laderacatering.com or check our website and social media for updates on current promos.




How do I get to Splendido?


You can travel to Splendido by private car or by bus. Buses to Batangas are available at the LRT Leveriza terminal in Pasay. Travel time by car from Makati takes approximately 3 to 4 hours

DINE IN

Where can I view your menu for dine-in?


You can view dine-in items on our Facebook page or on our website at www.laderacatering.com. For the complete list, kindly email info@laderacatering.com.




How do I make a reservation?


To make a reservation, you may contact us directly at info@laderacatering.com or through our website at www.laderacatering.com. For private gatherings reserved for a party of 10, kindly book at least one (1) week in advance.




Are you accepting walk-ins?


Yes, Ladera can accommodate walk-in seating. However, please be reminded that reservations will still be given priority.




How long can you hold a booking if I’m running late?


Ladera can hold your booking for one (1) hour if seating on the day is flexible. If your party has not arrived or called within an hour after reservation time, Ladera has the right to mark your reservation as a cancellation.




Do you have cashless payments?


Yes, cashless methods of payment with the use of money transfer applications is highly encouraged. If not viable, personnel shall hand and receive cash on a small tray to avoid mutual hand contact with customers/ guests;





WEDDINGS

What kind of menus do you have?


Ladera offers a variety of menus for our clients to choose from. We have our Standard Wedding Menu, Spanish Wedding Menu, Filipino Wedding Menu, and our Menus for our Themed Selection: Picnic, High-Tea, and Barbeque.




Do you do tastings? Is there a fee for the tasting?


Yes, we do tastings. Once you booked your wedding with us, you are entitled to a complimentary food tasting session for up to 7 dishes.




Is the food package already included in the upgraded package?


The Food Package is not yet included in the Upgraded Wedding Packages of Kara, Katrina, Cristina.




Will there be any vegan / vegetarian / gluten free / special diet options?


Ladera’s food and beverage menus are customizable and can accommodate special diet requirements.




Do you allow services from other catering suppliers at your venue?


Ladera Catering is exclusive to Splendido Tagaytay. We do not allow outside catering.




Will there be corkage fees if we bring food / drinks / food carts?


Yes, corkage fees apply to selected items. Check out www.weddingsatsplendido.com to learn more about our wedding packages.

COVID-19

Are you accepting walk-ins?


We encourage reservations but yes, we are accepting walk-ins. Please be reminded, however, that due to the new normal setup, health and safety precautions at the restaurant are in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We urge everyone at Ladera to strictly observe the implemented venue guidelines for the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff. Dine-in Reminders for All Guests: • No face mask – No entry policy • Fill out the Health Declaration Form • Wait until advised to enter the premises • Sanitize your hands before entering the dining area • No attaching tables together or adding seats to follow proper distancing • No changing of tables and seats while dining • No sharing of dining-ware, food and drinks




Can I make a reservation for 20 guests?


Your reservation for 20 guests will be subject to approval by Splendido management. Kindly send your event details to info@laderacatering.com.




Do guests have to wear a mask?


Wearing of face masks and other protective equipment is mandatory. Please wear your face masks at all times, except when eating or drinking.




How does this affect the service I expect from Ladera?


We at Ladera Catering ensure that this will not affect the professional services that you are expecting from us. The quality of food and service remains excellent for all our customers.




Are you taking guest temperatures?


Yes, Splendido follows a strict temperature screening policy before allowing entry.




Do employees have to wear a mask?


All employees at Splendido are required to wear proper facemasks.




Will the staff be wearing gloves?


Yes, all our food workers are properly trained to wear and use gloves in food preparation.




What are some extra steps Ladera is taking to ensure the health of guests and staff?


Ladera Catering ensures that all business operations are in compliance with government-mandated provisions. This includes proper training on COVID awareness and prevention, daily health checks, and regular testing.
